I wouldn't do anything to it.

No one else will notice and in time you won't either.

Fly specks on the front porch drive me crazy!

Just kidding!

I have worn my 1680 SS Sub since I bought it for $400 in 1984...the best dressed Teamster Truck Driver in Southern California. It's taken a lickin' and kept on tickin', and still looks great, albeit a few minor dings. Wear it, enjoy it, no stress brother. When you get it serviced they do wonders to it, a bit of watch CPR. Then you're good for another long stretch!

Totaly agree Brandon, as I have a problem seeing it in these pictures. Sorry to hear that this happened though. I remember when you posted a thread about getting this watch not too long ago. However at least get it checked out to see what can be done. Please keep us informed, and good luck.

Jeweler in the house!

Your trusted high end jeweler should need a few specks of Cadmium free 18k white gold solder, and a few minutes.

He would remove the bezel, and then melt a few specks of glitter sized solder in the groove. It would then need a tiny jeweler file to shape it flat. Next is a dip in a chemical called "PICKLE SOLUTION" to remove the fire scale. a very light buff, and re-install

should cost $50 ish

I'm aghast that someone would keep their Rolex on while playing with their dog.

I take my watches off even when I am around the house and don't plan on going out anywhere interesting.

That's nothing. Wait til your service...when you have 15 of those and you can treat yourself to a new bezel if you want to.

her teeth have fallen out and grown back so it was an adult k9 that caught the bezel. She's fine lol

she's had a hankering for my watch ever since I got it, every time we play she seems to focus on it from time to time. She caught me not paying full attention and when she went for it (playfully that is) she succeeded.

My dog likes the light reflection it gives off either on the wall or the floor. My dog is a small Shelte and hopeffully it will never go for the bezel.

I had a friend who wouldn't drive his Porsche unless he could step outside and get a visual on it while parked AND there would be no car closer than 8 feet to it.
