Mine is a white dial. My 50 yr old eyes need reading glasses. The Daytona is a challenge to read for me with out reading glasses. In low light conditions it's very tough. In the dark the lume is terrible. Even with good eyes or reading glasses the chrono functions are a huge challenge unless out in the bright light. All that said, the steel daytona is very comfortable to wear and a very shinny beautiful watch to look at.

No problem with the white dial - although lets be honest, its mostly jewelry anyways :)
