Yeah I suppose. It can be difficult at times I bet. Not making excuses, but from what I have gathered from my friends, the term I used for female have pretty much used in a more "less formal" way, whereas the term you mentioned for guys are usually used to putting down someone....

Maybe I got it wrong totally..... I should double check with the boys and girls next time I see them.

I can honestly say that of all the people I've met in my life Eric is probably the least homophobic guy among them.

Good to see it not getting out of hand Gent's & my apologies also if I inadvertently 'opened the door for Eric to walk through' so to speak.

Incidentally Marc when we were discussing the last London GTG which you had hoped to attend & my wife first saw your avatar (which I believe is your SO?) she remarked how handsome he is.
