Only someone who is a "bastid" would wear a fake. They are such "tossers"!

Can you post comparative photos of the helium release valves? I heard that is another easy way to spot a fake sea dweller. The real one uses a different metal (titanium?) that is darker than the rest of the SS casing. From what I hear the fakes are still using SS so there is no difference in color.

I'm just trying to make sure I understand. Are you talking about the 4 angles on the interior of the 4 b/c there seems to be some variation of the real ones. Some have 4 and some have 3. Mine actually looks more like the fake one in this regard and has 3 angles on the interior of the 4.
And yes mine is real in case anyone was wondering. |

I ride with my Citzen Titanium Eco-drive on. Lighter, so I don't feel the vibration on the wrist and I'd hate to see the SD look like the road rash JJ has been posting lately!

Nice SE! I have had 4 Harley's in my life. A '93 Cow Glide, the Ultra and 2 RK's. The Ultra is the best, hands down. Ride, stability, comfort and amenities, it tops them all. I was afraid it was an old man's bike but I don't feel old at all riding it. |

I love my Dyna and everytime I thing about getting a Street Glide, I take mine for a ride and that quickly changes my mind. The riding season isn't long enough for two bikes here. Plus with the Dyna being a rubber mount, it's comfortableenough for 250-300 mile jaunts a day and fun enough to go out and drag the pegs and wheelie while the boys go out and play too This is my second HD. My first one was a 1969 XLH. My father had a '93 cow glide too. One of the best looking bikes they made in the last 20 yrs, IMO.

Thanks for the kudos on my bike. I powdercoated all of the engine and tranny covers gloss black and topped them off with polished SS 12 pt hardware.
