I guess although rare, it's not impossible to see a Rolex at Costco.

Personally myself cannot see any reason not to buy a Rolex watch at Costco or any other place as long as the price was right. And as for the warranty well in my experience thats very seldom needed anyway. Then after any shop/grey warranty Rolex will quite happily take your money for repair or service they would not care where the watch came from.

I have heard of them being bought and returned with fake bracelets. Costco has a very liberal return policy, no one working in Costco would know the difference.

I've seen Rolex at Costco here in Canada a couple of times over the last ten years, not too often. Always one particular watch, never two models.

The last one I saw was about 3 years ago, a ND Sub as I recall. I think it was around 15% off list. At the time my AD was pricing slightly better. Had I have been in the market for a ND Sub at the time, i would have gone to my AD for the slightly better price (say 18% discount) and the AD experience.

Having said that, I have no problem with Costco selling fine watches, and giving consumers a reasonably priced purchase option.

For that price, it pays to take a trip to Arizona.

Here is a pic I took from a Costco in Texas. I was very surprised to see them available at Costco for obvious reasons.

I'm not trying to advertise so the price has been altered.

Cotstco sued Washington state as they tried to bring in gray market wine. Unfortunately they lost.

Before anyone jumps in and begins bashing you. Welcome to the forum. Costco doesn't have the best reputation in regards to selling luxury goods. Stay away. Buy from either an authorized dealer or one of the trusted sellers here on the forum.

Costco is NOT AD. Watches are sold as is with no warranty.
You can always make an offer with high end watches

Costco and Warranty

I have seen Rolex's at Costco here in Toronto. The only models that I have seen were Men's Datejusts and Women's Oyster Perpetuals and only in steel. The clerk that I spoke with said that they do not offer "warranties" with these watches but they do offer an unconditional return policy for a full refund for 2 years. If it doesn't work, you give it back. I've never really had much of an issue with Rolex failing anyway. Who would top that?

I love Costco. They are from my hometown. They treat their employees well. They even treat their vendors well from personal experience.

Grey market for sure but legit watches.

They pay a dividend and are my #1 holding.

Seen a white dial Daytona and a Kermit here in Costco. While they are not an AD and do not offer Rolex warranty they do offer their own warranty. I bought an Omega there once and was told they will warranty the watch for lifetime. It happened to develop a funny noise with the rotor a few months later. When I took it back I expected them to send it to a watch maker instead they took it back and gave me a full refund with a link taken out and no hassle! I love Costco !
