Certain sellers here at TRF are the "crem de la crem" of the Rolex buying "world".
My seemingly insatiable hunger for various Rolex watches has always been satisfied..

If you can buy local cheaper I think everybody shouldOnly an idiot wouldn't
The only reasons somebody would consider buying through the internet
1. It is not available local
2. It is cheaper
When I am looking to buy a new or used watch I always check my local contacts 1st.

I never said they weren't. You know what got me to post this was that in the few weeks I've been around I have read so many posts where a Newby asks about buying a watch from an AD or someplace other than here only to have many members disregard the OP and try to direct that person to a forum trusted seller. I'm not the smartest guy in the world but I know how to read and respond to someone's question.

So I wrote this post with some colorful language, ie pimp, only to get some of you thinking when you respond to a new member question. All the free publicity you give trusted sellers is out of control.

You know, we're not getting kickbacks, the support is because we've all had great dealings. Why wouldn't I want to shout that from the rooftops?

Frankly, most ADs I've gone to have been really miserable.

You pimpin' the ADs?

Yes I'm an Ad pimp. Now I will probably be banned from TRF. My life Will be ruined without TRF. How will I survive???

In all seriousness the people here are nice but the pushing of the trusted sellers is a bit over the top.

Not sure I will be allowed back after this thread so bye in advance

Just for the record..

The OP was not removed from the forum for raising this issue with a seller.

Positive and negative comments/feedback are/and will always be valid and supported as long as they are legitimate and fair.

The OP's manner as exhibited in this thread gives a good insight as to why he didn't get a response to his query.

Treat others as you would expect others to treat you.

Treat trusted sellers right and they will treat you right.
