Check out Komehyo in Shinjuku, they sell new and pre owned Rolex and other high end brands. All there pre owned Rolexs are serviced before they every enter the show case. Great shop I have purchased a Rolex from then recently for my wife.

there is many shops in Tokyo.

best shops in best price is

MY WATCH - in Shinjuku nishiguchi
Kame kichi - in Nakano
Jack Road - in Nakano
Housekiroba - in Shibuya

and GMT (Shop's name) is in Shinjuku.
