FF displays the "Attack" issues, and Explorer does not.

This website...
I'm on os x snow leopard with safari. Firefox won't load the page either.
I'm only posting this because I've disabled the blocks for the few seconds it takes to post - though by the time you've read this I'll be locked to the hilt again and logged off...
This is horrible, please can we find out what's going on guys?

I am getting error messages still.

I thought it was my work computer or internet connection, guess not.

Just to be clear, if this site were hosted on one of my servers, I would have killed Apache for the site and redirected Nginx to a holding page over 12 hours ago.

You're running a website full of people that tend to have both money and credit cards with higher than normal limits, and in many cases very limited knowledge of computers and security in general, downplaying or sweeping a serious problem under the rug is downright irresponsible.

Visiting rolexforums.com in Firefox, right at this moment launches a java applet in the background, as you can see in the OSX Task manager screenshot below:

If you need help, then ask for it, but do NOT just pretend its a warning and ignore it.

Incidentally your problem is in the big blob of javascript that at some point in the past was displaying some "top 100 watch forum" sites and other watch forum lists and aggregators, hack into that mess and you should be right, but do a general look around.

Until you do that, please put the site into a maintenance state.

*edit* Just looking at it, you've got a heap of other hidden links in it as well that should be removed.

The only way I could get on this site is to go to Safari preferences, security, and turn off the fraudulant website warning. Otherwise just kept getting the warning posted.

Not saying this was wise, but hey can look at some watches now. Phew....

The virus scanner on my networked PC at my office keeps giving me a malware warning screen and shutting Explorer down shortly after I log into TRF.

There's something in there!

It would be helpful if you guys who haven't had problems don't post here.

This is a serious situation.

Post salient facts only. Please.

Larry has already posted this advice on another thread concerning this:

Here it is again:

"Try clearing your cache and temporary files; then go to the TRF main log-in page..

There is a wave of thugs trying to mine information on a number of sites.. TRF does not have any known malware or viruses at this point..

Since it is happening on some main computers, but not on another in the same house, the indication is that your computer has accepted a cookie form outside TRF. "

Eer, spent most of the day today doing that - with the result that the trojan is "exclusively" on the TRF site.

Anyone else got any suggestions?

Someone wake up.

Again....not helpful. I'd suggest you calm down and think before you publicly criticize this forum as you

have here. If there's "so much wrong with it" then the answer for you is pretty simple.

The "someone wake up " comment is way out of line.

It is being worked on.
