I think the 16 rule is pretty soft, in comparison I am a member on the UK Mercedes forum (use it to help keep my antique banger on the road at minimal cost so I can buy Rolex watches ) the minimum requirement is 30 posts. Its to stop people withe zero knowledge and subject interest dumping their unloved mercs for sale to a captive audience.
But the OP in this thread seems to be quite a wand in my oppinion.
