I saw a daytona on a grey site listed at 9200 euro since this morning. That's 400 higher then usual. Thus dealer gets his stock directory from an AD. The price could be arbitrary though..

I had heard before Christmas from a large AD that a price increase was expected in February. Does Rolex only do them on the first day of the month?

ADs lie, especially just before Christmas.

You should hear some of the whoppers I've heard.

Someday, there will be a price increase.

Rolex might know when, but anyone else who says they know is lying or at best, speculating.

that's what I said when the Subs/GMTs hit $5,000
never thought anyone would pay over $5k for a stainless steel watch.

I've bought a few since......

maybe $10k will be my point of saying enough?

Economy is on a up-tick in U.S.

My AD just told me it have mis-read february when he annouced me an increase for february.

The "2" was misformed, and in fact it was a "3".

So the increase is confirmed (by ma AD) for March the 1st.

Sorry for this false information, and see you soon, on March One .

I don't know when there will be an increase, but I was at an AD today and he told me there might be an increase of between 5-8% within the next couple of weeks. Of course he would not say that to rush my decision on a possible purchase, would he.
