You have done the right thing in more than one way. You have freed up a chunk of cash for you and your family and you have sent your watch on its way for another owner to enjoy.The easy option would have been to just put it in a drawer and forget about it.

Yanks, I understand your decision and everyone on here is right, family and other priorities come first, but ownership of a Rolex is not a requirement to be a member of TRF, only a respect for your fellow members and an appreciation for fine watches. You obviously have both and are welcome to continue contributing.
