The dial and matching rubber strap is the very reason it appealed to me so much.

Thanks Paulie.

Man I wish, wouldn't that be great.

I wonder if two all steel parents could ever produce a Platinum offspring?

I wouldn't mind a Patek chronograph.

But I would be willing to settle for a grand complication of some kind.

Thanks Steven.

Very nice now you got a full set sport Patek's, good job
Which do you prefer, the old school icon or the new kid on the block?

Congrats that 5167 looks super nice.

I am very impressed with the design, quality and unique style of the 5167 on rubber, it works better on rubber than steel in my view.

I'm in the midst of the honeymoon with the new one. Give me a couple of months, and I'll know if I have a favorite, or if I like them both just as much but differently.

Thanks Daniel.

I completely agree, the 5167 belongs on the matching rubber strap for sure.

Thanks Steve.

Is the 5167 a COSC or do Patek have their own in house testing for this model, or both?

Cool watch Dan -- it's a casual watch, but somehow I think it would look good with a suit too. Do you think it's that versatile? Anyway, congrats!
