Now that you have been wearing it for awhile, has the strap broken in nicely? Love the look on the 372. Should you decide to build a few extra for other 372 owners in need of such a fine strap... just let me know your Paypal address, lol... Again... job well done!

Arriving to conclusion there's no such thing as a good-looking vintage or vintage-looking strap that is waterproof. U just have to use your leather strap, break it in, in whatever condition, and live with consequences.. Dampness, etc.! It's leather, after all! Doesn't a horse saddle take rain? Don't shoes take rain? Get a decent waxing/leather care kit and enjoy!
