For me, a watch with a date is way more useful.
With that said, you have a few watch pieces with dates already. So I don't think it matters too much which one you choose. I think the date would hold better value though. |

SubC No DATE is my favorite watch ever (for the below the reasons):
1) is clearer to read for divers (than DATE - the date/cyclops presents a slight distraction) 2) is clearer to read at night (than DATE) 3) is consistent with the original design (That made the SUBMARINER a historic watch) 4) I find it better looking than DATE as I am not a big fan of cyclops (Although lot of people claim that it represents the Rolex identity) Finally, I know, it is nice to have a DATE function; however, I will only buy it, if Rolex start making it without cyclops similar to the Sea Dweller. |

Always thumbs up for date but in your case prefer no date and you will not need another rolex anymore :)
Maybe :D |

I find the date very useful - often check it more than the time

I'd get the LVC Hulk over the ND SubC. Either would go nice with your collection.

Lets ask YOU a question: when you wear the Daytona, does missing the date drive you nuts or do you simply look at your phone etc. to be reminded?
Yes, you go nuts: Sub with date. No, missing the date is not a tragic event: Sub no-date in my opinion for the same reasons others have mentioned here. |

Though the no date is a very nice looking Sub, I use the date feature often on all of my watches so I would go with the date function, 116610LN.

I'm not bowled over by the ceramics but the ND Sub isn't what you'd call a bad choice. I always recommend the GMT but since you have one, the ND Sub is the next logical choice.

Considering your collection I'd go for the Hulk. It's hot right now. It would count as a great addition to your current line up of watches

That's exactly what I was thinking. Maybe a dress watch instead from Jaeger-LeCoultre or Glashutte Original?

Sub-C ND! The date function is over-rated. I set my bezel to the number of the date. What's so hard about that?

If it were *ME* I would toss that Breitling, replace it with a Speedmaster 3570.50 manual wind man on the moon.
I would then add to that an Explorer 214270 and call it D-O-N-E Done! Just my .02 and no offense intended!!!!! |

I asked myself the same question before ordering the SubC date... with date is just better to my eyes.

Date. IMHO the Sub Date is one of the most popular models along with the dg.

114060 all the way!!!
I'm telling you, it's going to become one seriously popular model.... Well, I guess either way they're popular. I couldn't be happier with my new ND, so I'm biased. |

Its a nice collection already but if you want to add another, I personally think any of these four would fit in nicely: (no particular order)
1/ Sub c LV. 2/ DSSD. 3/ Planet Ocean. 4/ Speedmaster. |

I prefer the date, but would rather not have the cyclops....which means that I'll likely swap crystals on my 116610LN when the warranty is up.

The Hulk would add another dimension to a nice collection or you could go for the date but no cyclops option with The Beast!
