Met him once at Neiman's in Chicago... Love him as a boxer, but he is a complete A$$! I've never said this about any athlete, but I hope he becomes a bankrupt statistic within a few years of retiring...

Definitely a conversation piece... I'd be afraid to wear such a flashy watch in public.

What an utter, utter, mess of a thing! As they say, money can't buy taste.

Man. That was painful to watch. 10-15 years from now he will be another bankrupt boxer. Sad. Make money when you are young but be smart with it. The people in the room with him. Who are they and how much money are they siphoning off of him? They all seemed disgusted with him. Sad. |

I bet you couldn't scratch a watch like that even if you tried!

He puts his life on the line when he steps in to the ring, so what if he blow or spend he's money in a way some of you may think is crazy. Bless him. Madeoff had a nice watch collect. Andrew fastow spent $6,000.00 on shower curtains.

If you own that watch, you have to hire a bodyguard.

You are comparing an exceptional athlete (though not perhaps the best at banking his money ) to a horrific con man and thief who ruined people's lives. I don't see the connection. |

My point is he works for his money, he does not con or steal for his money so if he spends it on luxury items then so be it.

A million in a backpack might earn more than a million in the stock market lately!
Hopefully he has a financial advisor and is investing some of his money in something for long term financial gain... |
