Is it me or does it look like the hour hand on the Polar is a little longer than the hour hand on the black dial Explorer? If you compare the two, it looks like the lume on the Polar is a little longer on the shaft of the hour hand. Sorry, only way to explain it.

Unless its just an optical illusion because the hands are different colors?

The lume is longer on the white. The black dials' hands have the bottom painted black to give the illusion that they are floating like the first Explorer II model.

I have grown to love this watch, I think I would have to go with the Polar but they are both stunners!
