Great find. I was wondering how they adjusted those stella. I thought they just used needle nosed plies to make adjustments and check the timing. I bet that tools isn't cheap.

@tomchicago. You got that right (@richard 31 "pliers" - shudder :-). In fact, "slow 'er down a cupla seconds" is EXACTLY what I am trying to do and -2 becomes -4 and then the +2 becomes -10 because -- well not quite sure really, but ANY unintended act has consequences. Speck of dust, resettling a needle on a jewel or whatever. It's a fine art. Best done off the watch, but I reckon the trauma of removing and replacing the balance is greater than carefully adjusting in situ.
