Dare I suggest, pop it off and get it repaired by a local jeweler, watchmaker or not, and then have a watchmaker/jeweler press it back it on.

I would look at a reputable jeweler first...
Even a decent jeweler should be able to fix that at a much better price than a watchmaker... |
