Because Rolex have stopped making one of the finest mechanical watches on the planet they now only make alignment point watches.

It fine. I have same problem as I too have small wrists.
As someone has said! If you straighten your wrist/arm it's dead centre. |

Sub-C Rocks for 6.x Wrists
I had a 16610 off center for years and sold it for Sub-C. So much more comfortable, solid, and adjustable.

I have a Sub C and a 6.25 inch wrist (roundish not flat). Somehow wearing the Sub C below the wrist bone (nearer to elbow) or on the wrist bone doesn't make the blocky head sit right and doesn't centre the clasps position under my wrist. Sometimes the head pulls down at 12 o'clock side. Sometimes the head digs into my wrist at 9 o'clock side and lifts up at 3 o'clock side.
After weeks of adjustments, there is finally a position which makes the head sit flat and centres the clasp under the wrist. I have to wear it under the wrist bone close to the hand. However, when i lift my hand, the crown digs into the hand. At least the head sits flat right now. |

One removable link is needed to connect the band to the clasp, so find a half link and try that first. You can do a search on the site to determine the part number, then order it from one of the independent watchmakers that have a Rolex parts account. You can also eyeball it and gauge how much it will shorten the band on the 6 o'clock side.
If that doesn't do the trick it then take out a permanent link but note the taper of the band will be slightly interrupted by the missing permanent (and tapered) link. |

Submariner (16610) clasp won't sit center on wrist...
See the thread "show your (rolex) clasp".
