You know you still have the plastic on your crown protectors, right?

Well that's the only dilemma. My guy only has one water tester which is like this one and he said its pretty much pass or fail. If it fails then water will shoot inside watch so we both decided to PASS on that for now. However I have no plans of swimming with this one on and don't shower with my watches on so I'm fine with the decision I made. If I decide to go swimming I can always wear one of my other Subs or Explorers. However I've never swam with a watch on so I'm sure I will be just fine.

At the end of the day I can always swap back and it's probably the best $140 I've ever spent with my watch hobby.

Yep and I've got more in other places to. It's only a month old and I'm a little bit of nut when it comes to keeping my watches looking good. On some of my others not so much but this one yes.

Well everyone has there opinion and like I stated I spent more than $140 on a whole lot worse. Like dinner at a restaurant. I will definitely get more use out of this than that.

I am a fan of keeping things "original". This is interesting. I do think it looks great.

You can have a water pressure test done with the movement out of the case. The case is sealed empty. If it does fail, there is nothing inside that gets wet!

Don't know if it has been said already but much has been said about Sub movements not looking that impressive but I think it looks great and would consider having the sapphire case back put on my sub if RSC would not give me crap about when having it serviced.

There are many independent Rolex repair shops that will put the new sapphire case on for you, and then switch back to the original for RSC.

Perhaps removing your plastics might be your next 'modification'.....
