Your girlfriend asked you to marry her and gave YOU a ring.

You're done for mate.

The Nautilus for sure (of those mentioned).
Can I suggest the AP 15202 Jumbo with blue / grey dial? That would do it!

Big congrats!

You have abundant options for the price of the Nautilus, so I'd expand your options before deciding.

If there's no limit to the budget then I vote for the Nautilus, however, given its price you should definitely try both on at an AD first and see which one you prefer!

I think that the new SS YM with the blue face is the best option! Not a fan of Patek and only really enjoy Rolex watches. Congrats and good luck on your decision.

I think perhaps you should evalute your budget and if its at the 26k+ mark then I would take a look at AP as well as the YMII in SS aquanaut ect.

GL with the choice and congrats on the proposal
2nd the AP.

I bucked the trend and voted DJ. Since you're getting married, you need the money in your pocket. Just sayin'.

You guys are all commenting wrong...this poor guy is getting suckered!!!

Congrats on the engagement, and agree the PP would be a better choice. If blue, maybe consider an AP 15400 in blue or a Smurf sub.

Glad it's not just me who really dislikes the Nautilus' looks. It's ever done it for me.

Congrats on your engagement... Take the PP over DJ any day of the week, but how did you come up with those 2? Do you have to buy her a ring now? Maybe factor that into your decision too.

Congratulations!
If you can, PP for sure!
There will be many more Rolex watches to come since you hang around here, so make the PP stand out for this special occasion.
You will also never be tempted to flip it as some others do with their watches

I'd save a few dollars and go with the BLNR.

Oh, and take the name off the dial and that PP isn't that attractive. The bracelet is ugly as sin.

I don't like the looks of the Nautilus (or the Aquanaut). I have tried and tried, but they just don't look nice to me at all. Above anything else, even quality, I need my watches to look nice to me, otherwise I could be wearing the grail of grails and it would be pointless. With this in mind, in the 26k price range and in blue, go for the 116619! How come no one has suggested the WG blue Sub yet?!

Oh the 116619 is a great watch but it seems like the OP is looking for a sporty dress watch and not a dressy sports watch.

Ah, yes, Mike, I suppose you are correct. A very subtle and, yet, distinct difference between the two concepts.
