Agreed-- entry level isn't a very good description. Rolex builds with one quality.

This is a good looking watch, but I generally prefer the DJ's 36mm size. Rolex has sold so many DJ's over the decades that there is a big selection on the pre-owned market, and the price difference between the various 34mm and 36mm watches is often negligible.

I seem to like the look of the 40 mm the best as that's what I wear now. I appreciate the tips and now am looking at explorers as well.

I tried a bunch on today and the 34mm seemed too small. The 36mm seemed okay on my wrist, but the 39 and 40mm felt really nice. I thought I'd like the 42mm, but that seemed out of proportion on my wrist.

So now the search continues, I found a nice used Submariner which is haunting me a bit!
