Tah dah. Game over folks. Don't have to go home, but can't stay here.
Mine is a $50 Akribos automatic I sold a couple years ago to a friend. I have supervised visits. Other than that the Nomos Orion I just got a few weeks ago gets more comments than any Rolex I have or currently own. Seems subs and GMT and DJ are pretty common in my work environment where there are not a whole lot of horology buffs that appreciate a nice PP. |

My vintage Swatch Chronograph with the electric blue twistoflex bracelet. More comments than all my other watches combined.

When I do wear a Rolex.
Girls generally aren't paying attention to my watch. Dudes However, The ones without Rolex ask questions like; "Thats a fancy watch, how much was that?" "What watch is that?" Every once in a while I get a "nice watch!" The ones with Rolex usually never say anything. I generally socialize in the 21-25 age group. 98% don't care about watches. Or just use it as a fashion accessory. The most compliments I got for a watch was when I wore a Seiko Orange Monster to a house pool party |

Great pics guy
When I had it, my Blue 16613 would always draw a few comments. My watches theses days seem to go unnoticed & lots to like about that |

Definitely my new DJ2 with a WG bezel. In less than one month since I bought it, it has garnered more compliments than all my other watches put together!
And IMHO, from this picture, it is not difficult to see why. |
