Replacement blue inserts can be obtained from Rolex. Take your sub to a Rolex AD who also does servicing and tell them you want a new insert and they can order or go straight to the RSC. Bezels can also be purchased though it will more than likely also require a new crystal and retainer ring as well.
All components for a 9411 are still available except the snowflake dial and hands iirc. Beautiful 76100.
