Yup, correct. Looks like a MKIV dial with a MKV bezel. Both are correct if the watch is from about 1995 (S Serial).

In some moments I really think the black dial is more beautiful and elegant, especially if it is to use the night at a dinner or a party.

However due to personal history I have with this watch, the fact that he is mine since new, the fact that a watch almost 20years, until today this current and trendy, the fact that I know exactly everything that happened to him , for making all service and repairs to the Rolex Service Center, and especially the help I got from friends, I chose to stay with him.

Here are a few photos, Thanks everyone !

And to celebrate my decision, nothing better than a dose of Brazilian cachaça, also know as "branquinha" means "small White" or "White one". Salute , saúde cheers and Slainte !!

Good call! Enjoy the watch you have owned so long and which is already wrapped in your memories and life...

I would trade a black 116520 for a white zenith in half a heartbeat.

Why don't you try to find a black dial for your zenith? They pop up here every now and then.

For me I prefer the zenith as a white dial...

So I would keep an original owner white dial zenith.

Perhaps grab a new or like new black dial Daytona current version - if you don't like it trade into an AP ROC 41mm black dial - great compliment to your white dial zenith!

Absolutely the right decision.... For as long as they keep making the current Daytona you'll have the option to buy the new version. The White Face Zenith Daytona with the black edged sub dials is an absolute classic. They're not that common and even harder to find in great condition.

Old air cooled Porsche 911 or new up to today's standard 911?
Straight trade old for new?
ABSOLUTELY!!

I prefer the black 116520 but I would not sell the white zenith if I had it to purchase the 116520 black. Keep the zenith it's nice.
