In my opinion Joe's a good guy and an asset to TRF. For a newbie.....
No offense taken Al, point well noted. I did not take his post as a wisecrack or even disrespectful either. I probably responded too quickly, but my point was many things can be found by simply searching for them. Like the can I swim with my submariner thread, etc...

Roger has stickies on most every board that have been there for years, in fact he has even re-written some of the forum guidelines and posted them.

All good.

Bubba, if you had read the FAQ's of the General Rolex Forum (which sure are worth reading!), you'd know who Roger is. He wrote them, among other stickes and numerous quality posts!

You know, I haven't been a member on this forum for terribly long, and not until recently have I decided to devote more time and energy to reading and posting more. I smile when I read all the jokes at JJ's expense - but this one had me laughing as soon as I read it.

How the hell did he end up being the butt of all jokes on here (and in nearly every thread?)

Not that is your business, but Roger has been a MOD here for a long time and has been taking care of some personal family issues that any good son would do.

Gezz, nobody cares that my depends are full; but make a mistake and everbody is a critic.

I need to clear on thing up. When I was posting my comments on post number 10; I had yet to read Daren's post number 9. In reality they were happening at the same time. My post was just joking around, but I can see why somes interpreted the post as me being a jerk. Hope this clears this up. If you look at the times between the post you will notice they were four minutes apart and I did not see Daren's until later. I need to remember that when only using the written for of communication; using the benefit of a doubt is the best way to proceed.

No worries Joe, no problems here.

Now if you had asked "what the hell is RogerF?" I could see that.
