Excellent answer, thanks very much. I know there are some older quartz Breitling that cannot be serviced anymore. One solution is a donor movement from another watch, but obviously that is not a long term solution as the donor movements are just as old as the ones they are replacing.

It's a shame, because the OQ is a different part of the Rolex line, but a very nice looking piece in it's own right. To those that own them, enjoy them.

Breitling services their watches for 20 years since they're discontinued, glad to hear that Rolex does it for a decade more.

Bear in mind that much of the OQ movement is mechanical.
