I have only tried on the rose gold version. There was no white gold version at the Omega Boutique preview event(s).
It is very, very tempting though. I probably would have pulled the trigger on a SS version at the $8000 range, so it's probably a good thing they made them in gold only, thereby saving me the hit to the wallet.

I saw one in the flesh recently as well. Very impressed, very beautiful watch.
Personally I like this Omega (much) better than the new 2014 Cellinis from Rolex.. |

I think these are beautiful and I love the technology in the movement. I also think the price is reasonable for a gold watch.

This is the first I've seen of this watch. Very beautiful! Too many of the dress watches have roman numerals, which I am not fond of.

Absolute home run. I'd love to own one of these. Manual winding co-axial? Yep!

Tried it
Very nice IMHO. Classic, vintage feel and really nice in person.
I would go for the yellow gold, fits it more I think, plus Sedna (rose) version too pink for my taste. some pix. |

Lovely watch, but at 40mm, too large IMO. 38 or at most 39 is the sweet spot for dress watches.

It is pretty nice.
Caught my eye when it first came out and I checked it out again tonight. Definitely a contender for me if I was ever was to pull the trigger on a dress watch. |

Pretty but too big for a dress watch.
The movement looks awful too, just a huge bridge on show. I guess it's just an 8500 with the rotor removed really? |

Tried this on. The front of the watch is super nice. Unfortunately, the movement looks quite basic. In this price range you should get a much better finish. Sorry, but I will pass.
