I tried that on for the first time this weekend. It is amazing.

Are you wearing anything else in your collection, or just this now?

For me, I'm going on 6 months with my SS Daytona and I'm still in the honeymoon stage.

That Daytona is stunning.

I've had my Yachtmaster since 2/01 and love it. It's funny, but I don't have the desire to get another watch as a daily wearer. I have my eye on a vintage PP, but I know that they are very delicate, and wouldn't be good as an everyday watch. I wear my Rolex every day, casual to work to formal. It is a durable, attractive, fantastic watch.

Eleven months with this one on my wrist.

I'm just back home after three weeks by the sea. I brought with me a Seiko diver to get underwater but I managed to strap it on only twice and most of the time I went swimming with the Daytona on to my wrist.

It varies, but the new one gets the majority of wear for the first year, I would guess. I wear other watches, but for briefer periods.

It really doesn't matter, because you should always wear the watch that you want to wear on any given date without regard to factors such as honeymoons.

Honeymoons will occur of their own accord and don't need some artificially imposed frequency or duration.

Honeymoon hasn't ended for me. I had my hand in a cast for a while & I desperately missed my watches. I wear them on alternate days when I'm not working. LOL Adding #3 soon..so they will all have to be rotated. ;-)

With my first Rolex it lasted about 9 years... then it was all down hill from there. Flipped several dozen and not sure anymore

I'm going into my 5th week and still absolutely loving my Explorer.

I would like to get a white dial DJ some day since it is the one that most resembles my Dad's watch. I think those two watches would serve me well for a very long time.
