Just a quick update. Before sending it to AP I figured I would show it to my local watchmaker to get his opinion. He said it appeared to be magnetized. He took it in the back to demagnetize it. He came back and said it was magnetized, he demagnetized it but its still running two minutes fast per day :(. off to AP it goes on monday

Might as well put in my 2c: I have a 1 year old 44mm FC with 3126 movement and it is running fast ~10sec daily, so needs a minute reset about once a week.
Not the largest of issues but will intend to send it to Clearwater right before the 3rd year warranty is up. Hopefully it doesn't end up worse than that. |
