When it works, it's awesome. There are a lot of times it obscures the date and/or creates major reflections. I'm OK either way. Don't love it or hate it.

I have 4 real Rolexes (the YG DD with Romans was an excellent fake given to me by a potential client and doesn't really count among my good watches). All have a Cyclops. I find it to be a quintessential feature of Rolex.
