Scratches suck on any watch but we live with them so we can enjoy this hobby.

My sleep is always loose. So loose in fact, I sometimes fall out of bed, scratches or no scratches.

Grady, that reminds me of this story.

Heard about the guy who was so dumb he couldn't hit the ground when he fell even after trying twice?

Why do these kind of threads keep coming up?? (Not directed at the OP directly)
Honestly, You either learn to own the watch or the watch will own you. For some reason Rolex has attracted a particular consumer these days that either dont have the stones for enjoying a luxury watch or cant comfortably afford to buy one so they worry about resale so much that any flaw after the stickers are removed become OCD. This trend is significantly worse with the Rolex brand as opposed to other luxury watch brands. Its this kind of neurotic questions that drive good moderators away.

Don't really enjoy it, but it's not that big of a deal.

I scratched my new day date last week, it p1sses me off thinking about it however I wouldn't lose sleep over it.

It's a material possession that can be replaced or corrected at not too high a cost.

Seeing as I don't have one, I probably cannot comment truthfully, but I would expect to feel the same as I do for all of my watches. The initial one will bother me the most, but not so much soon after that.

Voted no.
