So I've decided to return the first Rolex I bought, and I'm gonna keep the second one (see pics below).
I wasnt getting a WOW factor from my first watch, the 2nd one is much, much nicer. The diamonds look professionally done as opposed to the 1st watch which look kinda cheap |

SEL fit on this is much better, ie where bracelet meets the case, I think the first may have had many fake parts.

When buying a watch, first of all you need to know what you are looking at. If you don't know what to look for to spot a fake, then stay away from eBay, because there are disproportionately more fakes than reals on that site, in my opinion.
Instead of buying the watch, buy the seller. You need to be able to trust the seller you are dealing with. And if they are reputable and well-connected, they should also be able to get you most any watch you want for the going rate. Find a reputable dealer of Rolex, be it here or elsewhere. Then buy the watch. |

Congrats on your first ever Rolex !!
If I were you, though, I would probably try to find original parts for my rolex. But that's just me, obviously you can do whatever you want. Cheers. |

Any problem with 47th? I just purchased a mid size datejust and am wondering if it’s authentic.
