I'd pick the dj ii for the fluted bezel. Smooth bezel? I'd pick the omega.

Tough call, I had both.
![]() ![]() I really liked the fluted bezel of the DJ and the all brushed links of the Omega. If possible, try both on to see which one you prefer. |

I have owned both the DJ 2 (blue dial with baton markers - smooth bezel 116200) and an Aqua Terra 41.5 (blue dial). Both are beautiful watches but the Rolex is nicer IMO.
Keep in mind that like a lot of us maniacs on the site, you may get bored of it and want to flip. I have lost thousands flipping Omega's. Never going down that road again. Not to say you would not lose money on a Rolex. Over time Rolex will retain a higher % of MSRP. |

Ive had 4 Omega Aqua Terras - blue, white, grey and black golf. Liked them but they did not stick. I think it's the size of the markers, little lume and short arrow hour hand that did not make them stick in the watch box. I know it took 4 tries. With the DJ II, I've always had one in the lineup including my latest. So to answer your question as many others have - it's gotta be the DJ II!
