I put my vote for the Gold Sub/date.. I like the yachtmaster just not

Definitely the sub for me. Just much more classy. The word I would use to describe the YMII is "gaudy" - I would personally feel embarrassed to wear it no matter how big a yacht I had! But that's just me! All IMO, but watches like the YMII give the brand the "I'm richer than you image".
Before even looking at the rest of the watch, I just don't get the "YACHT-MASTER II" on the bezel. SUB SUB SUB! |

I'm surprised how bad the YM doesn't look.
In other words...wow the YMII actually looks pretty good. but... WOW that full Gold Blue sub is amazing... the YM isn't close to being in the same league... |
