I wish I could find "THE one watch"! I find a reason eventually to flip them all, maybe it's the thrill of the hunt........or A.D.D!

I haven't watched it all back, but I seem to remember that the gent in this video goes in search of one watch. Enjoy. And I'll apologise in advance if I posted the wrong thing.

I wish you the best of British luck with it.

I think 2 is perfect. One daily. One for night/weekends. Have I been successful in holding just 2? Nope.

this.

my AP Royal Oak crono black dial gets next to none wrist time. same with my Tudor black bay blue, iwc gst, and perrelet.
I wore every other watch hard for a week or so when I got it, then always put the blnr back on.
only watch I flipped and bought back.

I honestly lived happily with my BLNR for a really long time.
Didn't get bored of it and still enjoy wearing it very much.
I told myself I wouldn't buy another because it satisfied all my needs, and was capable of doing everything.

I still bought a Patek 5711 last week.
Now i'm telling myself I have all bases covered and I won't buy anything else.
Yet I am hunting for something else.

I wish you luck my friend!

I am happily living the one Rolex route, although as many have said, its not easy if you hang around here. I wear my Aquaracer two or three times per week for work. Generally if I'm going to be in an industrial setting. I mix in the AirBoss a couple of days per month to mix it up. The yellow face Victorinox is my running/swimming watch. The white Milgauss is a couple days per week to work and every night and weekend. I'm quite happy with the rotation.

What about an Explorer? Technically it's a sports watch, but it's subtle and discrete enough to wear with a suit, especially with the smooth bezel.

I wish I had only one watch and was content with it, Purely for financial reasons.
I do love having several watches though and love the hunt for another, regularly, too regularly.

I'm sure it's possible, but if you are here, then the proposition is dubious at best.

During college I often thought how one Sub would be all I'd need. How wrong I was...

I've mostly been a one-watch guy, but strayed in the past several years.
Then thought this AP could be "the one", but missed a black DSSD I let go.
Haven't worn the AP since picking up the D-Blue, which could be "the one".
We'll see how it goes....

I wear just one watch - a white Daytona as well. I do own a "dress watch" in the Carrera Twin Time that sits in my watch box, but I never have any reason to throw that on anymore. If I were to buy another watch, I only see myself getting a 15400.

I did not start out as a one watch guy. Since, I got the GMT 1675 I have not had the desire to wear another watch, it is just that comfortable.

It sounds like the Daytona is the watch for you. It looks beautiful in that photo. I'd keep the 16610LV or the 16710 around though. It never hurts to have a respectable backup when your daily wearer is in the shop.

Yep- I absolutely love my BLNR; the only other one I would consider is a SubC NoDate, but the BLNR resembles it closely enough that I find it difficult to justify.

My subc fits my lifestyle perfectly, no need for another. But I can see how spending time on here makes u want more, Just can't justify it
