I'm a fan of the silver Roman dial myself.

WG sub smurf, and I'm smitten.

Complete 180 from loud YG dd40 but I'm really struck by it suddenly.

Also thanks to toms great pics of the smurf.

Not sure what to do now

Not much of a YG fan, I'd go for the platinum with ice blue dial for a DD.

Big fan of the silver dial. Both are super nice, though.

I'll say wait for the new dial options in BaselWorld 2016 if you are not in a hurry. If asked to choose among the two, it's the silver/roman dial. Very spectacular in person. However, I end up choosing the more subtle black dial. Just love the contrast.

Have been browsing old smurf threads all evening, don't know how this came about but I'm really really considering holding off on day date again and moving in another direction.

Will hold until March to make this decision.

Silver is a better looking watch, but champagne is more versatile with different attires

The 619 is completely different, but nonetheless a real beauty. Can't wait to see the incoming

Just my opinion, but i think the champagne is not only dated, but what the non-WIS guy who wants a Rolex to say he's made it buys.
Of the two, I'd take the silver, but I really prefer the black dial.....or the Smurf.

With your sporty collection I would go for the DD40, but Basel first.

Of the selections posted I like silver with Roman numerals best.
