Your brothers price on a D isn't great, it's ok but you could do better on a D. The sellers on the New Turfers website and in the market place postings here are trust worthy, for $6300 you could get a newer "Z" or maybe even a slightly used "M". You could probably find a "D" for around $5,500 IMHO. PM ponycar here or on New Turfers
Thanks for info, Pal!!!
Just for the record, Bluesy is hard to find Rolex here in Jakarta.
BTW Thanks Everyone!!!

If it's in really nice shape, buy from your bro. The price is a bit steep but worth it to know the history. You'll also save on sales tax, if any, and the warranty will still be in effect, if it has not yet expired. Plus he'll owe you one, which is always nice.

I agree........it's not really pre-owned until it leaves the family...just pre loved......my bluesy is one I bought from a good friend..and every time I look at it...I remember the good times.........

Buy your brother's Bluesy. BNIB is always nice and the way I like to buy but in 2 months of ownership, assuming you wear it and don't keep it in a safe, it'll look the same either way.

Buy your brother's. Give him a little less $, and maybe he'll want to buy it back off you in a few months once he sees you wearing it all the time? He'll miss it.

I think you can get Bluesy for less than $6300. I paid $5300 for my D serial. Happy hunting.

See if your brother will take less & try & buy his. I bought mine pre-owned & have never regretted it. Good Luck!

Offer your brother $5500. He'll get a quick sell and you'll be well ahead. Business is business and IMO he's going to be sitting on it for a while at that price.

Honestly, I would have to go with brand new M serial. Even though he is your brother and you would be doing him a great favor, I don't think that is a very good price. So, M serial with CRB for +$800 is a no brainer to me. Great watch either way. Good luck
