Real tough one here. I went with the Lange for four reasons; I prefer the date function, I find the complications on the Lange to be better and more useable IMO (already have two split second watches), I never have liked the look of the Round pusher in the crown for the split second function and finally, it's a Lange
The Patek is really a stellar looking watch, but for the money I'd go with the Lange in this case. It's actually my favorite release from this years batch, albeit out of reach.

ok I like complications I use, and chronos I used only to boil eggs or time some sort of cooking thing, yeah I cook at home, normal I'm french my wife not, the Lange is incredible, sure the Patek is a beauty, but you don't need and won't use that complication, Datograph is just amazing, just look at the movement, just the datograph perpetual is insanely beautiful, can imagine this one, no really no question here, the Lange wins hands down for me

After much deliberation, voted for the Lange.

I definitely prefer the 5370 because it has a much cleaner dial. The ALS is way too busy for me.

The split second PP would be my choice from the pictures. I have yet to see either but would like to.

I don't believe that's the issue, the Dato perpetual Tourbillion is just that nice.

I'm still here, but for my money I prefer a similar priced watch WITH a perpetual calander, 5204. I also prefer it with a white dial and don't feel a need yet to purchase this piece (btw I was offered one twice already.) with the current collection I have already.

I voted for the Lange. The 5370P is an incredible watch but that Lange is just amazing.

Thanks El, good to know that you are still there

The 5204 is really beautiful indeed, I especially admire the sporty looking hands and hour markers with luminescent coating.

Though the lugs, the case shape and the pushers of the 5370 are outstanding. Last but not least I like the minor thickness of the 5370 in comparison to the 5204.

Well for me it would be the 5370.
It is sublime.
Fits perfectly and is stunning.
Legibility is great
It feels very vintage.
Enamel dial is great and Breguet numerals really suit the watch.
As such my vote goes to the 5370

I might have changed my pick to the Lange, or at least give it a push.

The Lange is incredible however I don't understand why so many high end companies HIDE the Tourbillion from being seen on the dial. Makes no sense to me and hardly see the point of paying for one if you can't see it!! AP and JLC make great examples that you can see for this complication!
