Seems your giving up too much for a SS Daytona.
Keep one of the two and gather cash to make up difference.
I'd keep DSOTM and you'll have a chrono collection.

I'd wouldn't sell them both.

Gotta have a SUB.
Omega is a chrono and so is Daytona so sell the Omega to upgrade to the new Daytona but the Sub is just simply essential.

I wouldn't ! Don't do it !!!!
You'd be in serious red bleeding territory ...
Sell the omega yourself since you have time
and keep that gorgeous bluesy !!!
What a pair that would make !!!

You could save until the DC comes in or get a
0% interest line on the balance / difference if
that's an option and then you'd have a Dynamic Duo!!!!

When do the new models start hitting the streets? I got a feeling it's going to be a long wait anyway.

I'm not a fan of 2 for 1 unless you're talking precious metal...which we're not in this case. So no.

Wow, that's a really lousy deal, financially. Plus, I'd rather have those two watches to that one, anyway.

Sell the Omega since you'll be replacing it with a chrono and keep the sub. Not sure if you have other watches, but it'll be the start of a great collection.

Thanks guys. Ill see if the dealer has a no interest card or same as 90 days or a year then it will give me time. I don't think I'm a 1 watch guy so ill prob keep one if not both. Giving up a nice 12k and 13.5k watch for 1 12k watch doesn't seem to bright financially. I can always sell 1 of the 3 if I get into a rut financialy. Regardless I'm not going to pass on it when I get the call esp if they are hard to get :)

I would.

Not a TT guy, although the bluesy is undoubtedly the best tt watch of all time. I think you should have change leftover dexpending on the condition of your watches. ~1k give or take

PS: can't lie I really dig the dark side but would be willing to let it go for the daytona in this instance.

My thoughts exactly. I love the DSOTM, not so much TT Rolex. Sell the Sub yourself to maximize your money, keep the Omega, add the Daytona.

No. I would not have two chrono watches even if they're very different from each other.

Most important is your happiness. Best of luck!

Daytona and Sub a great combo. Sell the Omega and save up. You have about a year to save $7K. Can do. 😉

I would flip. But would be great pairing with the bluesy and Daytona-C if you could swing it.

I would not do it. If you can add the DC and keep the others for a while you will be able to see what you are wearing and what appeals to you. I don't know what you paid for the two watches you own but it is lining up to be a huge loss on a sell or trade. I would figure out how to make it work without the trade or sell.

Get rid of that ceramic cased Omega before it takes an $8,000 bump and ruins it's case.

I wouldn't want to keep both the DSOTM and DaytonaC chronos at the expense of not having a Sub, so I would sell the DSOTM as the first step to raising the DaytonaC funds. Then decide if you sell the TT Sub. You could replace it later with the same model or with a SS Sub Date instead. As you said, you have a little time to work it all out.
