Yes it is - it's a great strap. Not a "true" NATO as the spring bars are fixed on the strap, but it's great quality and looks the business.

Just picked up an Omega NATO for my Speedmaster. Expensive but this is the best NATO strap I have ever put on my wrist.

I've had this '72 GMT since 2001, had it serviced at Rolex in 2006 and really haven't worn it much until these last two weeks. It's one of those Rolex you never get tired of looking at, the inky black dial with glittering gold highlights, the vintage feel. This is one of two Rolex I've ever gotten a compliment on in the wild. Glad I decided to bring it home from the bank. :)
