It likes to be worn all the time and keeps great time when I do (sleep, shower, whatever). If I let it rest I can tell just a bit of difference +/- depending on how it's laying. |

Always wear my Exp 2 polar to bed ive never checked the accuracy though its accurate enough for me!!!!
