Back on point of the thread, I take my watch off before going to bed, but I almost never take off my wedding band. Although it's tungsten carbide and gold and somewhat heavy, I hardly know it's on my finger.
Oh wow, that's good to know.

I've just always taken mine off because I already look like a terrorist so I try to give them the least amount of reasons possible to stop me. But if you guys haven't had any problem then maybe I'll give it a try next time!

And if you talk with them you'd be surprised how much they've spent on boats, motorcycles, cars, jewelry, etc. Enjoy!

Back to the topic:

I wear my SDc 24/7 especially during the work week, on call, etc. The OP39 is an occasional watch.

Yes, wearing 24/7 makes a difference in how well it keeps time. It likes to be worn all the time and keeps great time when I do (sleep, shower, whatever). If I let it rest I can tell just a bit of difference +/- depending on how it's laying.

However, I was bought a watch winder so some nights I put it to bed and tuck it in.

What's a watch winder? My husband is my watch winder ;)

Why? You're not required to take your watch off, and that's the last place I'd ever want to take it off and let it out of my sight!
