Thanks for catching that!

Huge thank you to sportmaven20 for catching that!
Glad the dealer offered to exchange the watch for another one...that was the right thing to do!

Make sure to post pictures of the new watch!

Great catch by Sportsmaven20! Glad it all worked out with the AD.

This goes to show that posting something that may seem trivial to many can lead to a positive outcome for the poster.

Hi guys, sorry I haven't updated. I don't get ( or figured out how to) notifications. I went in to the store the next day and showed the chip. They didn't have replacement one there. They ordered it from another store nearby. Went back the next day to get new one. They had saved my old one to show me that they were giving me a new one and that they just didn't replace the crystal. They were super nice and so easy to deal with.
Thanks again for those who pointed out the chip. You guys are great!!! Made me feel a little special that you guys took the time to compare and to give me advice. I can't say thank you enough!!!

BTW... My wife has the same super power as you. She's also a nurse. Great profession.

Thank you :)

I had my husband call; I HATE confrontation. I don't even like sending food back.
