I think the SD4k covers all the Roles "sports" watch basics: blue lume, thick eye-catching crystal, date wheel with no cyclops for a cleaner look, "Sea Dweller Rolex" writing on the case back, and of course the matte dial.

Im with you Roger! I love the SD 4k. It's my favorite modern watch I don't have. I've looked at a bunch. I can't decide which version to go with. Great thread. How about more vintage SD 4k's?

👍I think it really hits that sweet spot between the sub and the DSSD -- giving slightly more heft - and by sitting a little taller gives it a little more wrist presence -- just hit quite as much of either as the DSSD...👍
