I'm a big fan of the three watch collection consisting of a daily wearer, then one a bit dressier for more formal events and then one more casual for weekend wear. With that in mind, here's my lineup:

Daily: Rolex Day-Date 40 (WG, silver dial)
Weekend: AP 15202 (blue dial)
Dress: Patek 5196G
