what do they do with the warranty card and registration? Do they technically have to sell as used?

Personally, if I could afford it I would just keep the watch as a really nice compliment to having the D-Blue. I have both and the DSSD is my daily wearer, with the D-Blue being reserved strictly for special occasions. |

If you can keep both wear the black for daily and reserve the blue for special outings.
