They are the people who try to work all the counties in the US. If you are traveling, you might be in some rare counties. I'm not sure, but I think they have a net on 75 meter phone. Hence the "up yours" when I was talking about upgrading your license class. 73, W6VV.

some people shield the serial number to make it harder for Rolex to find out which AD did that watch come from. At least that's what I've heard.
