I'd say the Sea Dweller over either version of the GMTII right now as it has the newest movement and a 70+ hour (can't remember exactly) power reserve.
I have the GMT LN and will get a SD50 so I'll have both eventually. |

Very personal choice, but if I could only pick one, I'd go BLNR. I do think you'll need to try and both and see which one you like better. As someone earlier mentioned, I think you'll know. If you don't get the opportunity to try on either, I'd probably get the one that comes up first until you can try on the other one. Good news is that on both of those watches you'll get a great resale value if you end up liking the second one.

Well...do you need a GMT or a diver? Do you prefer PCL's or brushed?

Batman for me!
I think the hype will die down on the Sea Dweller by the end of the year and the BLNR is special! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Tough choice. They're both amazing, but I'd go BLNR if you need something a little more flashy. The PCL's really set off the BLNR. If it's an everyday watch, probably the SD. I love the BLNR, but my daily is the Polar Exp II because I like how it flies under the radar so much more. You can't go wrong either way!

Get the SD43. A sports watch should be large 43mm is more future proof than BLNR.

For your wrist I think the GMT fits a little better. The SD43 looks just a tiny bit big to my eyes. You can certainly pull off either but if I had to pick for you it's the GMT

From the pictures, the GMT fits you better. The biggest problem with the BLNR is that it diminishes your desire for other watches. Mine still amazes me after nearly a year. The DayDate, DateJust, and Patek just don't get worn much anymore.

Looks like you can wear either so just pick the one you want more, or sometimes it helps to envisage which one you will miss/regret more if you buy the other.

BLNR vote for me. Seadweller just too similar to sub which is much less expensive.
