Yeah, they do seem to be a bit cheap in retrospect as far as giving away free stuff. Im going to push hard next time. Maybe ill get something good as i have some back swag owed to me

Thanks to all for your warm notes. I look forward to sharing more observations later. It should be noted that within hours of purchasing the watch I scratched the case near the Crown on both the case and just on the side of the bezel. My first thought was, geez this sucks. But shortly after I figured what the heck, it's supposed to be worn and now I've got the much dreaded first ding out the way. Now it will only get more personalized with age! :)

I got lucky with my AD, not only did he give me a travel case but I put the brown suede cover inside the wooden box and a few months later I opened it to find the cream interior had stained brown. My AD then sent me a free new wooden box. Great service.
