To each their own.

Imho, the silver dial, smooth bezel, jubilee bracelet is the most magnificent watch produced.

May everyone find their own watch that they love.

Congrats on the 2 incomings. You could also move the bracelets around at some point just for a change of look, in effect having 4 choices (without going to straps, rubber etc)

Dude! Flip the bracelets over so the jubilee sits with the fluted.

Just got the 41 Rhodium today

I am in love. The 41 is a much better fit for me than that DJ2 was. The Dark Rhodium sets the whole piece off and makes it a perfect daily wearer. The others are great too but this one just sings to me. I loved it in the pictures but when I tried it on, 2nd place wasn't even close. I opted for the Oyster bracelet but it was a tough call. The prettiest was the Rhodium/Jubilee/Fluted option but I couldn't quite make the case for the WG bezel given the price.

I would agree with the post above in that the best Rolex DJ out there, regardless of options, is the one you love.

I like this one...fluted, blue dial, jubilee.

Cheers,

Yeah the AD said he'd be happy to change the bracelets over , to be honest I couldn't believe how comfortable the jubilee is , I'll be wearing that at work every day so I need it to feel good.

Yes, fluted goes with jubilee, not just for the "look" but as has been said both the oyster and the smooth bezel will show scratches whereas the fluted bezel and jubilee have this magic ability to hide 15 years of wear and still look untouched!

But who am I to say... I still love the bi-metal look!

I love the elegant simplicity of my DJ silver dial baton super jubilee

On oyster I have a DJ41 in two tone with a slate grey dial which green accents on Roman numerals, which my wife wears.

Those are my DJ picks.

I tried on DJ41 today. Silver dial, WG bezel on jubilee. Wow, what a beautiful watch. I bought a white dial explorer instead but it was a close call. It will be definitely my next move.

Congrats on both! I guess now you can mix and match the bracelets and come up with 2 different configurations for each watch.

How much less comfortable is the Oyster vs. the Jubilee. I cannot decide between the two bracelets, on a blue stick fluted.

I'm 29 and would wear it at work (business casual/business formal) and outside of work (casual).

I'm going to wear my oyster bracelet for work and swop it into my smooth Bezel rhodium.
I've got four watches with oyster bracelets and can't believe how much more comfortable the jubilee feels
